Razorfish – Associate Creative Director

❊ Hands-on visual lead for the redesign of CVS.com, including a complete overhaul of the digital experience with a robust design system and playbook.

❊ Worked closely with strategy, UX, copywriting and client service to iterate quickly and turnaround full digital experiences in record time. Worked in a “sprint” production schedule.

❊ Confidently presented visuals to clients, addressing questions and feedback in real-time.

❊ Managed a team of freelance designers, ensuring the work consistently reflected Razorfish’s high standards for quality and creativity.

❊ Participated in several new business pitches, generating conceptual ideas with rapid turnarounds.

❊ Developed and executed innovative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and experiential events.

❊ Worked directly with clients, including presenting ideas, addressing feedback and establishing trust and goodwill. Actively helped maintain the balance between client preferences and artistic direction.

❊ Embraced the small agency life, managing many projects for many clients simultaneously. Supported my producers by keeping track of time and its impact on project budgets.

Havas Life – Sr. Art Director/Art Supervisor

❊Design lead within a large, cross-functional team that supported Havas Life’s biggest clients.

❊ Key member in 3 pharma product launches, from strategy to campaign launch. Included designing and/or overseeing 40 deliverables, spanning digital (.com, banners, social, short-form video) and print (brochure, ads).

❊ Pushed the visual and creative envelope wherever possible. Worked hard to steer client(s) to be innovative, modern, and consumer-friendly, within a highly regulated industry.

❊ Lead a team of freelancers, providing guidance and mentorship. This included reviewing and approving design work to ensure quality and consistency.
